What does Opexima do?

Who is it for?

What is an Obeya room?
Obeya means “big room” in Japanese. It is a dedicated space – physical, digital or both – where a team sees its key performance information together and agrees actions. A digital Obeya puts live KPIs, actions and audits on screens across the site, so reviews lead to decisions rather than reporting.
Is the Obeya Room software?
Partly. The Obeya Room is Opexima's digital platform – from £199 per site per month on a 12-month plan, with unlimited users, dashboards and boards – plus a quoted setup where we build it around your processes, KPIs and routines (typically £3,000–£9,500). It is in early access, with limited pilot places.
What is a Virtual Gemba?
Gemba means “the real place” – where the work happens. In a Virtual Gemba, your site lead walks the floor with us on a phone video call, so we can see the process live without travelling. It is part of the Leakage Snapshot.
Do you need to be on site?
No. The Snapshot and the Strategy Session run remotely as standard. For the Diagnostic and Obeya setup we work remote, on site or blended – designed around your shifts, so day-to-day running isn't disrupted.
Where do you work?
Opexima is based in Oxfordshire and works across the UK. On-site travel is included within 30 miles of Oxford; beyond that it is charged at cost and agreed in advance.
What does “you never pay twice” mean?
Your Snapshot or Strategy Session fee is credited in full against a Diagnostic or Obeya setup booked within 60 days of your readout. One fee credits, one step forward.
